The terms, warranties, and practices on nordicoil.de are in line with European laws on the sale of goods.
Once you have ordered something from us, you will receive a confirmation email with further information on the product. Please note that this mail is not legally binding. It is simply an electronic response from the system that placed your order. As a consequence, we reserve the right to cancel your order if any technical problems or occur as well as typographical errors, typos, incorrect order, etc.
Contract / Billing
If you order something on NordicOil.com, you will automatically receive an email outlining what you have ordered, its pricing conditions and the personal information you submitted to complete the transaction. At that point, your order will be processed by Nordic Nutrition. The goods will be shipped with a paper-copy invoice and serve as the original proof of the order.
NordicOil.com accepts payment by credit card. NordicOil.com encrypts all your information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons will not be granted access to your data.
We deliver within 1-3 working days. The delivery can be extended through weekends and holidays. You will receive free shipping on orders over 39,99 €. For orders below 39,99 €, the postage costs 5.95 €.
The prerequisite for ordering from Nordic Oil® is that all customers are at least 18 years old. When ordering, you must also confirm your age.
If one of our products is defective or has a quality defect, we ask you to send this product back to us. Thus, we can examine the defect and use the information for the development of our products. Of course, we will replace the defective product. Return costs are to be borne by the sender. If it turns out that the product is not defective, but empty/worn (for example, in the case of refills), we cannot offer a replacement. In this case, we can send the product back to the customer free of charge on request.
As a customer, you have the right to complain about a product that has a defect that existed before receiving the goods. The warranty claim period is 2 years and includes all and possible defects of the product. However, if you suspect a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the first goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must write a formal letter to Nordic Nutrition UG at Sandstr. 3, 1st floor, 80335 Munich, Germany, email@example.com clearly stating your reason to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, which is not required. In order to maintain the cancellation period, please send your letter before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all of the payments you have made, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs of selecting a faster delivery option rather than the selecting the standard delivery option) to repay immediately within the fourteen day period, commencing on the date listed in your letter of withdrawal). For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless another agreement has been made based on special circumstances. You will not be charged for said repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have successfully received the goods back or until you have provided adequate proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. Again, you must return the goods to us immediately within the fourteen days, commencing on the date listed in your letter of withdrawal. We bear the cost of returning the goods.
