I know nothing about MMA but I know and admire Bruce Lee. When I was a kid, my brother used to be an obsessed fan of him. His room would be filled with Bruce Lee posters.😊
Although I am not a great follower of MMA, I used to somehow love watching Bruce Lee fight. There was some magic in him that captured audiences across the world.
Beginning a blog article with a picture of Bruce Lee, the modern grandfather of Mixed Martial Arts is a moment of pride to the MMA fraternity.
What really inspired me to write about MMA stars was to understand how MMA stars manage their pain, recover from serious injuries, handle the trauma of failure, most of all, the physical and psychological toll that the sport puts on them.
If you are an empathetic spectator of MMA like me, you would be distressed. But some of the torch bearers of this Industry have been able to overcome extreme physical and mental situations with the help of CBD.
I wish to share with you how some eminent stars of MMA have embraced CBD and CBD based products have transformed their lives.

Quinton Ramone “Rampage” Jackson a versatile American born MMA artist, actor, and former professional wrestler. He has his signature carved not only in the MMA hall of fame but also accolades in Film and Television.
His aggressive nature pushed him to stardom as well as controversies because of the way he talks to reporters.
