  1. Another great article about sleep and I love it already!
    I have had a very bad habit of staying up late and study during my high school days. I have had a noisy family and night is the only time I used to quietly study and concentrate fully. This made me have good grades but I became a night owl and there is no way I can sleep for more than 2-3 hours. I have tried CBD and it helps tremulously.
    Now, I have to try this and I am pretty sure it will work out great.
